Buffet:

After the evening of your Celebration has reached its crescendo and the night closes in thoughts often turn again to food – as a case of the ‘munchies’ sets in. This is the time for the classic evening buffet. Now, here at the Cuillin Hills Hotel we like to anticipate you and often as not we get the munchies too – so we know that what you want is something a bit more comforting than a triangle with the crusts cut off filled with a slice of meat you can read a newspaper through and yes, you know what we are referring to!

So we have made an evening menu, that’s short and sweet – savoury too - and guaranteed to ‘stop that gap’. Of course, should you wish finer ‘finger food’ we will be more than happy to accommodate your wishes on a bespoke basis – however, below are our true friends and old regulars:
