Elegant food needs an elegant restaurant and 'The View' is certainly that.  Serene and calming in classic ivory and white, 'The View' brings dining to a new and refined level.  Set within the Cuillin Hills Hotel's own Fine Art Gallery 'The View' offers stunning seafood within a sublime setting.  Exhibits showcase Skye's artistic talent at its best and most creative and each installation of Art shows for six months.

Chris Pearson, our Operations Manager; stage directs 'The View' to give a relaxed tranquil setting. The service is discreet - set within 'The View' Art Gallery - yet friendly.  Jenny, our Restaurant Manager's, charm veneers a passion for delivering service and a candlelit dining experience that will reveal the beating heart of the Cuillin Hill’s experience. Whilst Peter delivers detail: the table lighting mood from porcelain mussel shells , the music and the mapped out precision of table settings.  We want you to feel relaxed and cherished – return to us as a friend, not a guest. We will remember you.

Peter's philosophy is to welcome you into his hotel, as if it was his own home and let you leave with fond memories. In 'The View' Restaurant and Art Gallery, this coalesces into reality, with all of us working towards this vision. This is not an hotel ~ this is hospitality.

Our restaurant menu changes monthly, following the rhythm of the seasons and below is a download of our latest menu featuring our wonderful locally sourced seafood and other local specialities.  Guests on Dinner Bed and Breakfast are able to choose from either dining in 'The View' or in the Cuillin Brasserie with a transferable dining allowance.
