With renovation work now complete, both the Brasserie & View restaurants are now open for service. Please come along and sample our new and improved dining experience. Our opening hours are as follows:
Cuillin Brasserie
- Open for Lunch Monday - Saturday: 12noon - 2pm
- Evening Meals Daily: 6pm - 9pm
- Sunday 3 Course Lunch: 12noon - 2pm
The View Restaurant
- Open every evening: 6.30pm - 9pm

Our newly refurbished front-facing rooms are also available for bookings. The new rooms now feature unique designs choosen by our in-house designer to compliment the fantastic view of Portree Bay and the Cuillins.
