Good food needs good wine ~ a simple philosophy that works and here at the Cuillin Hills we are all involved in our wine list – some in its conception, others in drinking.  We present our wines as an atlas: classic Bordeaux through to the full-throttle of an Australian Shiraz.

Our wine list is made in conjunction with our partners Inverarity Vaults of Biggar: who supply a full and expansive choice and we constantly are looking for new vintages to add, supplement and delight you with.

New for the summer of 2008 will be Peter’s recommendations of classic favourites, New World excitement and some, to be blunt, oddities.  But wines are like friends and we all have one who is interesting, but still decidedly an oddball.
