A personal message from our General Manager:
Dear Guests, we are all suffering from this unprecedented situation and our guests are extremely important to us. My family and I ask that instead of cancelling your reservation, would you consider holding the deposit you have paid as a credit, which can be redeemed for any date in 2020, or in 2021. You do not need to choose your future date of stay just now. We can imagine that when we get through this, you will be in need of a holiday and we will welcome you with open arms! As agreed at the time of booking, (if a flexible booking) your deposit is fully refundable, which we will be happy to honour. Please advise if you would like a refund and our accounts department will process your refund in due course. To all our guests who decide to credit their deposits, we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it will go a long way to protect our small family run business and our 40 full-time dedicated staff.
We hope to reopen our doors again soon and are committed to continue providing excellent highland hospitality. Most importantly though, please look after yourselves and your family. My Sincere Regards, Edward Wickman
